Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute the retention strategy to reduce churn and enhance seller engagement
- Improve product-led retention by identifying friction points and creating value-driven experiences
- Diagnose churn signals and collaborate cross-functionally to drive retention improvements
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience, particularly in retention and churn reduction
- Proven ability to use data and experimentation to drive product impact
- Experience with save flows or customer winbacks is a plus
- Strong cross-functional execution skills, especially with Support and Sales
- A strategic mindset with a focus on execution details
