Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to oversee HR applications during all phases of the product cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, track, and manage project budget, plans, timelines, and scope
• Lead teams in delivering high-quality software solutions that meet business needs
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and ensure products are defect-free before deployment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; MBA or related advanced degree preferred
• PMP or PMI certification
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HRIS Platforms
• Proven project management experience and ability to manage cross-functional teams
