Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Manager, VIP Experience & Ticketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of products integrating with major ticketing platforms and payment systems for seamless VIP access
- Own end-to-end product strategy and execution, from research and scoping to delivery and optimization
- Collaborate with teams to shape UX and membership flows that enhance user engagement and premium value perception
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in entertainment ticketing or related domains
- Strong understanding of the ticketing ecosystem, including venue operations and fraud mitigation
- Proven ability to work across technical, operational, and partner-facing teams
- Excellent product intuition with a focus on shipping and experimentation
- Comfort navigating uncertainty in early-stage environments with lean resources
