Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager responsible for identifying customer and market needs and developing strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Owns the 12-month product roadmap and aligns the scrum team around high-value business outcomes
• Translates business requirements into technical requirements and documents them for Engineering teams
• Acts as the product owner for the scrum team, managing backlog maintenance and prioritization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in technology, business, liberal arts, science, or engineering
• 5-7 years' experience in Product Management, including ownership of a product roadmap
• Experience working in agile methodologies and on an agile team
• Business acumen to identify opportunities and facilitate strategic planning
• Prior Risk Management and/or P&C Insurance experience strongly preferred
