Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager II who is a highly motivated individual with a strong technical and customer-focused background.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface directly with dealer customers and sales teams to create new product features for AccuTrade
• Become a subject matter expert in the AccuTrade API and provide technical support to partners
• Utilize data analysis skills to generate regular and ad hoc reports to improve the consumer experience and develop new product offerings

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years in a product management role with direct customer and sales team interaction
• 4+ years working with technical teams in product development, preferably with API exposure
• 5+ years of experience bringing developed products to market
• 3+ years in a partnership environment facilitating customer service practices
• Understanding of the vehicle remarketing value chain is a plus
