Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, translating requirements into actionable user stories using Agile methodologies
- Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders to address business problems through technology solutions
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to guide the Employee Benefits roadmap and drive product activation
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis within Agile
- Domain expertise in Employee Benefits is preferred
- Proven track record in developing and implementing data-driven products and solutions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Engineering, Information Science, Computer Science, or related disciplines
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools; experience with Looker is beneficial
