Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a bridge between business operations and Agile software development teams, aligning business needs with technical solutions
• Lead the enhancement lifecycle of core platforms, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions
• Conduct thorough analysis and facilitate workshops to gather requirements and identify improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field
• 7+ years of relevant work experience
• Familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps and Java Based Enterprise Platform Application
• Basic knowledge of SQL query development is a plus
• Demonstrated success in remote team working models
