Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to support digital transformation efforts across its Loyalty and Stay Experience platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day delivery of digital features within the Loyalty & Stay ecosystem
- Write clear, actionable product requirements and user stories for sprint planning and delivery
- Act as the primary liaison between design and engineering teams to resolve blockers and ensure sprint cadence
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital product management experience, ideally in mobile or web-based customer platforms
- Proven success working independently in complex, cross-functional environments
- Experienced in Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred) and sprint management
- Background in hospitality, ecommerce, or large-scale customer platforms is a plus
- Comfortable working on front-end user experience features
