Key Responsibilities

• Manage the product feature roadmap and prioritize impactful capabilities
• Develop new features on CRM platforms like Salesforce to enhance user experience
• Document product features in JIRA and collaborate with teams to drive client success

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 1+ year of product experience
• 1+ year of experience in the SDLC process, including user story writing and rollout management
• Expertise with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
• Experience with Agile methodology and using JIRA or similar systems
