Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist to handle customer inquiries regarding technical issues with software and hardware products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely support for local and cloud-based tax and SurePrep products through various communication channels
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience and advocate for customers' needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams and participate in training projects as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer care support role, preferably in tax, technical support, or IT Help Desk
  • Availability to work varying shifts and/or overtime as necessary
  • Associate degree or equivalent workforce experience preferred
  • Stable internet connection with the ability for a wired connection if needed
  • Ability to effectively utilize provided equipment for maximum efficiency
