A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist to handle customer inquiries regarding technical issues with software and hardware products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely support for local and cloud-based tax and SurePrep products through various communication channels
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience and advocate for customers' needs
- Collaborate with internal teams and participate in training projects as needed
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer care support role, preferably in tax, technical support, or IT Help Desk
- Availability to work varying shifts and/or overtime as necessary
- Associate degree or equivalent workforce experience preferred
- Stable internet connection with the ability for a wired connection if needed
- Ability to effectively utilize provided equipment for maximum efficiency
