A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist to join their User Success team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume ticketing, troubleshooting, and creating bug reports
- Track and validate reported issues, providing proactive updates to users
- Submit suggestions for Help Center content updates and follow up on long-standing tickets
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in a customer-facing role, preferably in technical support
- Experience with ticketing systems is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Well-rounded technical proficiency with mobile and web platforms
- Passion for climate tech and the DERMs space is a plus
