Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist to join their User Success team in a remote part-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume ticketing, troubleshoot issues, and create bug reports
- Provide proactive updates to users on reported issues and track their status
- Suggest updates to Help Center content and follow up on long-standing tickets
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in a technical support role
- Experience with mobile and web platforms
- Previous experience with a ticketing system (preferably Zendesk)
- Experience writing queries using SQL is a plus
- Passion for climate tech and the DERMs space
