Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology discipline or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of customer support experience in application support
  • Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft SQL Server
  • Ability to interpret and edit XML files
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that may include on-call rotations
