Job Summary
A company is looking for a Professional Services Consultant - Email and Data Security.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy Proofpoint solutions for new and existing enterprise customers and manage project completion
- Oversee a queue of customers during implementation, ensuring timely updates and progress tracking
- Drive customer escalations to resolution by collaborating with internal teams and ensuring high customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as professional services or technical support
- Experience in project implementation for enterprise email environments (e.g., Exchange/M365, G-Suite)
- Strong system administration experience in messaging infrastructure
- Broad technical knowledge of Internet protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP and networking components
- Proficiency in directory protocols such as LDAP and Windows AD
