Professional Services Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Services Consultant - Email and Data Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy Proofpoint solutions for new and existing enterprise customers and manage project completion
• Oversee a queue of customers during implementation, ensuring timely updates and progress tracking
• Drive customer escalations to resolution by collaborating with internal teams and ensuring high customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as professional services or technical support
• Experience in project implementation for enterprise email environments (e.g., Exchange/M365, G-Suite)
• Strong system administration experience in messaging infrastructure
• Broad technical knowledge of Internet protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP and networking components
• Proficiency in directory protocols such as LDAP and Windows AD
