Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by positioning professional services offerings to enhance customer value
- Collaborate with account executives and delivery experts to understand customer needs and propose service solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, leveraging knowledge of customer experience and user research
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in consultative sales, solution consulting, or pre-sales roles, preferably in SaaS, CX, or UXR environments
- Strong knowledge of customer experience and user research practices
- Proven ability to translate customer needs into commercially viable service proposals
- Commercial acumen with a strategic mindset
- Familiarity with platforms and tools such as UserTesting, Qualtrics, or UserZoom is a bonus
