Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Account Manager (Indirect) to provide strategic account management for SMB to Enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth and provide excellent customer support within assigned accounts
  • Upsell, cross sell, and retain existing SMB and Enterprise customer base
  • Develop and implement a sales penetration strategy for the account portfolio
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong product knowledge and technical skills
  • Ability to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary
  • Experience in business sales and cold calling
