Program Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director responsible for the overall delivery of the implementation of the EIS Suite for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and ensure high-quality delivery of implementation services
• Collaborate with the System Integration Partner to align services with EIS standards
• Handle contractual management and financial oversight, including billings and collections

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Project or Program Management for complex enterprise implementations
• Previous experience leading large insuretech programs with a strong insurance domain background
• Experience managing onshore/offshore models effectively
• Ability to understand complex business processes
• Fluent in French, both written and oral
