Job Summary

A company is looking for a BPO Program Management Specialist III - Medical Device.

Key Responsibilities

• Scope and plan projects in collaboration with stakeholders
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules using project management tools
• Track project progress, budget, and prepare management reports on milestones and risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related analytical field
• 6+ years of project management experience
• 2-3 years of hands-on project management experience
• 1-2 years of customer-facing experience preferred
• Experience in a shared services or BPO environment strongly preferred
