Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Coordinator (Interior Design).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage quotations and procurement processes for office furniture, ensuring pricing accuracy and documentation
- Maintain project files and schedules, oversee communication among stakeholders, and prepare meeting documentation
- Assist in material takeoffs and coordinate logistics for deliveries and installations throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project support or coordination, preferably in commercial interior design
- Familiarity with US commercial office furniture manufacturers and their product lines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software
- Strong mathematical skills for measurements and budgeting
