Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator (Interior Design).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage quotations and procurement processes for office furniture, ensuring pricing accuracy and documentation
  • Maintain project files and schedules, oversee communication among stakeholders, and prepare meeting documentation
  • Assist in material takeoffs and coordinate logistics for deliveries and installations throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in project support or coordination, preferably in commercial interior design
  • Familiarity with US commercial office furniture manufacturers and their product lines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software
  • Strong mathematical skills for measurements and budgeting
