Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver an external enablement plan for partner pilot activation, including onboarding and training
- Collaborate with partner sales teams to run enablement sessions and track engagement and feedback
- Align internal enablement efforts with partner sales teams and ensure readiness to support co-selling initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree required
- 8-10 years of experience in Partner Enablement, Channel Programs, or GTM Enablement in a SaaS or cloud-based company
- Strong understanding of partner motions and co-selling dynamics
- Experience in Partner Sales or Direct Sales is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to launch and scale partner programs or training initiatives
