Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of project management initiatives and client onboarding processes
- Establish project management methodologies and oversee a portfolio of cross-functional projects
- Act as a change agent, fostering collaboration and accountability among stakeholders
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in project management or client services, including 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in building and leading a PMO or client onboarding function
- Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and tools
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
