Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager II to manage a collection of projects and programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects, ensuring clarity in scope, objectives, and team roles
• Develop and communicate project plans, including requirements, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor project performance, implement corrective actions, and manage risks to ensure project success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of proven project management experience, or a combined minimum of 14 years of education and/or work experience
• Proficiency with personal computers and relevant software packages
• Strong knowledge of project management methodology
• Experience managing teams of 20+ directly and indirectly
• Ability to handle substantial project scopes, including significant changes to business processes
