Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring clarity in scope, objectives, and team roles
- Develop and communicate project plans, including requirements, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project performance, implement corrective actions, and manage risks to ensure project success
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of proven project management experience, or a combined minimum of 14 years of education and/or work experience
- Proficiency with personal computers and relevant software packages
- Strong knowledge of project management methodology
- Experience managing teams of 20+ directly and indirectly
- Ability to handle substantial project scopes, including significant changes to business processes
