Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager, Legal Technology (Secondment).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) systems, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business requirements and map current-state to future-state workflows
• Drive project execution, including milestones, data migration planning, training, and adoption tracking

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in legal operations, legal tech consulting, or ELM system implementation
• Deep hands-on experience with at least one major ELM system (e.g., Onit, SimpleLegal)
• Strong background in requirements gathering and process mapping
• Familiarity with integration design and system testing strategies
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
