Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of new fintech lending programs
• Manage 14+ cross-functional workstreams
• Liaise with external bank partners and internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Experience in fintech or consumer lending
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills
• Familiarity with compliance, product, legal, and tech teams
• Proficient in using G-Suite and project management tools
• Ability to drive trade-off decisions and manage project timelines
