Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master contractor to lead and manage scrum teams on complex Agile programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead scrum ceremonies and facilitate collaboration to enhance work delivery for product and program teams
• Plan and manage software releases for complex initiatives to ensure timely updates and benefit realization
• Facilitate backlog refinement and optimize resource deployment to maximize work value and reduce costs

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree or equivalent level preferred
• 10+ years of experience in a relevant field
• Experience as an RTE or Agile Coach is preferred
• Experience supervising and directing people and resources for specific outcomes
• Retail experience is a plus; Manhattan experience is highly desirable
