A company is looking for a Project Manager - Renovations Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the pipeline of approved workload and ensure successful project completion
• Prepare proposals and client-facing written materials, ensuring quality and consistency
• Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to project leads and team members

Required Qualifications

• Project management experience within Real Estate/Field Services
• Client-facing experience with confidence in direct interactions
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders
• At least 10 years of REO & REIT experience with a focus on project management
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and relevant scoping applications
