A company is looking for a Program Officer to oversee the Unaccompanied Children's Crisis Assistance Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Senior Caseworkers to ensure quality case management services
- Monitor service provision, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Coordinate with stakeholders and conduct community outreach and trainings
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services, or a Bachelor's degree with three years of relevant experience
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in program oversight and case management
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Experience providing case management services to unaccompanied children
- Knowledge of community social service systems and referral mapping
