Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the overall program plan, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources
- Coordinate multiple projects to ensure alignment and successful delivery
- Monitor project performance and communicate progress, challenges, and risks to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience managing multiple complex projects or programs
- Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance expertise
- Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
