A company is looking for a Senior Change Manager to drive improvements across the Product Development Lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize processes for efficient product delivery aligned with business goals
- Lead large-scale change management efforts, assessing impacts and preparing stakeholders
- Establish strong stakeholder relationships to drive alignment and support for change initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in change management frameworks such as ADKAR and Lean Change Model
- Strong ability to build stakeholder relationships and influence change initiatives
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in coaching teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field; certifications in Change Management and Agile methodologies are advantageous
- Proficiency in Product and Engineering Delivery tools like Jira and Confluence
