A company is looking for a Programs Assistant to support its Programs Team in achieving strategic goals related to clean water and healthy communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize logistics for workshops, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas and tracking responses
- Maintain communication with staff and partners, draft program materials, and support collaboration across teams
- Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars, arranging travel, and maintaining filing systems
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience in developing systems to improve efficiency and quality of deliverables
- Ability to learn new software applications quickly
