Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Development to lead fundraising efforts and community engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a fundraising strategy to achieve a minimum revenue goal of $500,000 through three major events annually
- Support recruitment and engagement of honorary chairs, event committees, and community stakeholders
- Track and analyze event performance and manage event budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in event planning and fundraising
- Experience with peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns and volunteer committee leadership (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems and fundraising platforms (preferred)
