Wisconsin Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Development to lead fundraising efforts and community engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a fundraising strategy to achieve a minimum revenue goal of $500,000 through three major events annually
• Support recruitment and engagement of honorary chairs, event committees, and community stakeholders
• Track and analyze event performance and manage event budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience in event planning and fundraising
• Experience with peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns and volunteer committee leadership (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools
• Familiarity with CRM systems and fundraising platforms (preferred)
