Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Controls Manager to lead project controls on critical utility infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of project control analysts, cost engineers, and schedulers
- Oversee project budgets, track financial performance, and deliver variance analysis
- Develop and implement corrective actions to keep projects on budget and on schedule
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in project controls or cost management (utilities or infrastructure preferred)
- 3+ years of team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of earned value management (EVM), cost forecasting, and schedule analysis
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and financial systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field
