Key Responsibilities

• Manage data collection projects for AI-ML/ASR/NLP model training and evaluation
• Oversee operational planning and execution to deliver high-quality data
• Collaborate across functional disciplines while managing multiple programs efficiently

Required Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Engineering, Linguistics, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent with 3+ years of Program Management experience, or a Bachelor's with 5-7 years of experience
• Three or more years of experience in requirements management for large data collection programs
• Experience with speech or text data, including language annotation and natural language processing
• Experience in project specification, forecasting, and reporting
• Prior experience in AI/ML technologies related to ASR/NLP
