Key Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining project routines, documentation standards, and collaboration tools
- Support meeting coordination, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting notes
- Help organize and track project tasks, signoffs, and related documentation workflows
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, project management, or a related field preferred
- 0-2 years of coordinator-level experience required; financial services or operations support experience highly preferred
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Experience with Smartsheet or similar project tracking tools is highly desired
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain structured documentation
