Project Management Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Project Management - Central Labs Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations and manage resource allocation within the team
• Grow and develop team members while monitoring performance objectives
• Ensure customer commitments are met and manage client relationships effectively

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in clinical research or a similar industry
• 1+ year of leadership experience or 3 years of client-facing experience
• Minimum required: High School Diploma; preferred: University Degree
• Proven track record of successful project completion
• Strong change management skills
