Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Portfolio Coordinator to manage and coordinate a complex portfolio of IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate project scope definition, capacity planning, resource estimation, and budgeting activities
  • Act as an expert resource and mentor to junior team members, promoting best practices in project management
  • Monitor project progress and provide accurate status updates to leadership and stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years leading IT portfolio projects in a dynamic environment
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in project scope definition, capacity planning, resource estimating, and budgeting
  • CAPM or PMP Certification preferred
  • Business Analyst experience preferred
