Key Responsibilities

• Define structure for critical initiatives and manage comprehensive plans for product launches
• Oversee product initiatives from inception to implementation, ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams and drive consensus on strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in Project Management or related fields, or 8+ years in lieu of a degree
• Program or project management certification (PMP or PgMP)
• Experience in payments or related services
• Ability to drive and adapt to change proactively
