A company is looking for a Project Manager Service II.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of multiple construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Communicate with customers to review project scope, create estimates, and manage project documentation
- Manage subcontractors and vendors for compliance with quality, safety, and timeliness requirements
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree or 2 years of equivalent training
- 6-8 years of related industry/construction experience
- 2-4 years of supervisory experience
- PMP certification acquired or in process is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in CAD drawings, Gantt charts, MS Project, Excel, and Visio
