Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Program Manager - Construction Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, training, and performance evaluations for team members
• Oversee large cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and create routine PMO reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education may be considered
• PgMP or PMP certifications preferred
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Advanced organizational and mathematical skills
