A company is looking for a Sr Program Manager - Construction Projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervision, training, and performance evaluations for team members
- Oversee large cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and create routine PMO reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education may be considered
- PgMP or PMP certifications preferred
- Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Advanced organizational and mathematical skills
