Project Manager II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager II responsible for overseeing testing, validation, and governance of template letters across business lines for member written notices.

Key Responsibilities

• Review letter compliance, update model notices, and submit for state/CMS approval
• Participate in UAT and production testing to ensure proper implementation of letter changes
• Maintain detailed project documentation and communicate project status to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Experience in diverse groups and matrix-managed environments
• Proficient with project management tools and MS-Office applications
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred
