Property Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Accountant (Temporary to Hire).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist with the review of monthly financial statements for various properties
• Conduct monthly general ledger close, bank reconciliation review, and assist with external audits
• Train community team members in accounting and financial systems and processes

Required Qualifications

• Accounting or finance degree, or relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in a real estate accounting team
• Yardi experience is essential
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and software
• Experience in implementing and optimizing accounting processes
