Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Administrator to the US Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Managing Director with administrative functions related to leasing and lease transaction approvals
  • Perform administrative tasks including travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, and meeting scheduling
  • Handle a high volume of functions and participate in various projects in a fast-paced commercial real estate office
Required Qualifications
  • Graduated cum laude or better from university
  • At least 3-5 years of property management experience
  • Prior experience in a commercial real estate company is required
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
