A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate to provide assistance to customers through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing customer accounts for Personal Insurance policies via phone, email, text, and chat
- Explain insurance products to customers using a consultative and empathetic approach
- Assist third parties with policy documentation and changes
Required Qualifications
- Property & Casualty insurance license and 1 year of customer service experience is required
- Previous call center experience
- Empathetic towards customer needs
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to change
- Spanish speaking is a plus
