Job Summary
A company is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to create technical proposals and manage the proposal process.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the proposal development process, including scheduling, tracking deliverables, and managing reviews
- Compose and edit persuasive writing for proposal sections, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements
- Evaluate and improve the proposal process for increased efficiency and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS in writing, communications, geospatial, science, geography, surveying, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in coordinating or writing proposals or related persuasive writing roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft software suite, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Graphic design experience and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
