Key Responsibilities
- Analyze government RFPs and related documents to determine proposal requirements and compliance needs
- Provide end-to-end project management for the response process, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication with stakeholders
- Lead proposal development efforts, including content creation, formatting, and assembling compliant responses
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, Public Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience writing government proposals, preferably in the public safety or technology sector
- Strong understanding of the RFP/RFI/RFQ process and government procurement practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with proposal automation tools is a plus
- Experience in public safety technology solutions preferred
