Key Responsibilities
- Manage the workflow of the provider coordinator team and oversee provider onboarding
- Coordinate and review the credentialing and contracting process to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Maintain provider profiles and documentation, ensuring all records are complete and up to date
Required Qualifications
- Preferred Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in provider credentialing and onboarding in a healthcare or insurance setting
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
- Working knowledge of physician networks, recruitment, and medical terminology
- Computer literacy and typing skills are required
