Key Responsibilities

- Provide support through multiple channels, including calls and chats, while managing a high volume of inquiries

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Experience with computers and the ability to navigate complex systems
- Availability to work full-time during specified business hours, including potential overtime and weekends
