A company is looking for a Public Policy Coordinator to shape AI policy and ensure responsible development of AI models.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute evaluations of AI systems to identify and mitigate political and ideological bias
• Collaborate with teams to prioritize high-risk areas related to sensitive global events
• Analyze findings to inform model development and communicate insights to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience in technology and public policy/governance issues
• Strong understanding of the political and policy environment in the United States
• Extensive experience in Generative AI products/technology
• Proven ability to work independently and apply analytical thinking to complex problems
