Public Sector Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst in the Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end SDLC process for Public Sector development, including sprint planning and release management
• Create user stories and conduct impact analysis to guide business stakeholder requirements and evaluate solutions
• Oversee the delivery of Salesforce initiatives and drive user adoption through change management and training programs

Required Qualifications

• US citizenship and residency on US soil to obtain CJIS clearance
• 7+ years of experience in SaaS business systems, with at least 2 years in Salesforce Government Cloud
• Experience with federal government clients and knowledge of FedRAMP and IL4/IL5 requirements
• Salesforce.com certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator) preferred
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Gov Cloud and public sector best practices
