Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst in the Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end SDLC process for Public Sector development, including sprint planning and release management
- Create user stories and conduct impact analysis to guide business stakeholder requirements and evaluate solutions
- Oversee the delivery of Salesforce initiatives and drive user adoption through change management and training programs
Required Qualifications
- US citizenship and residency on US soil to obtain CJIS clearance
- 7+ years of experience in SaaS business systems, with at least 2 years in Salesforce Government Cloud
- Experience with federal government clients and knowledge of FedRAMP and IL4/IL5 requirements
- Salesforce.com certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Gov Cloud and public sector best practices
