Job Summary
A company is looking for a QA Business Process Analyst to lead quality assurance efforts in reviewing business processes and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish QA standards, frameworks, and procedures for business analysis and process improvement
- Produce high-quality QA deliverables such as data charts, information summaries, and flowcharts
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to refine business strategies and translate them into actionable tasks
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in business process analysis or QA operations, preferably in healthcare or benefits
- 3+ years preparing business process design documentation using BPMN and process flows
- 3+ years working with business process models and/or use cases
- Salesforce CRM experience
- Experience in analyzing data for business conclusions and data visualization techniques
